Kimberly Wyatt was not fully prepared for the changes her body went through after having a Caesarean section.
The 32 -year-old beauty gave birth to her baby girl Willow on December 2 and says there's nothing that could have prepared her for having a C-section, though she is now on the mend.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer, who married model Max Rogers in February, explained: ''No one can prepare you for what your body goes through after having a Caesarean. It's a bit of an uphill struggle. The healing process is a bit tougher than I expected, but I'm in a good place now.''
Despite this, Kimberly said that the joy of becoming a parent for the first time earlier this month has made the soreness and sleeplessness nights worthwhile.
She told HELLO! magazine: ''There are late nights and naps through the day, and my poor boobs have been through it with breast-feeding. But in the moments where I feel it's just too much, I just look over and touch her and it's all worth it.
''Being a parent is more lovely than I ever dreamed of. Willow is the best Christmas present we could have ever wanted.''
