Season three of the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' premiered on Bravo last night (5th October 2010), returning with an explosive first episode that included a 'kiss and make up session', following the enormous fight at the end of series two, reports the UK's Daily Mail.
Wannabe pop-star Kim Zolciak was at the centre of the controversy once again after her bust up with NENE LEAKES in the previous season. The first episode entitled, 'New Attitude' saw Leakes extend an olive branch to Zolciak by inviting her over for lunch in the hope that they could fix their fractured relationship. The pair chatted and eventually patched up their differences, for now. Elsewhere in the premiere, two new women were introduced into the fold, 'Phaedra Parks', a pregnant attorney, and 'Cynthia Bailey', a model and close friend of Leakes. It was revealed that Bailey and her boyfriend 'Peter' had relocated from New York, but that the former is suffering from commitment issues.
'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' first debuted in 2008, following the huge success of its predecessors, 'The Real Housewives of Orange County', and 'The Real Housewives of New York', however, it is now the most successful series in the franchise.
