Kris Humphries has filed legal documents that have asked the court of law to force his ex-wife Kim Kardashian to reveal the amount of money the pair made together during their shambolic 72 day marriage last year. The former basketball player got hitched to the socialite on August 20th 2011 only to then split from her on October 31st with various reasons being cited including the fact that the pair hadn't even agreed on whether to move to Kris' home in Minnesota or stay in Los Angeles. There was only going to be one winner in that battle of course, and Humphries has been unhappy about it ever since.
Now reports that his lawyer wants to reinforce the point that Kardashian has a duty to deal with him fairly, with a letter from them apparently saying, "A spouse may not make a gift of community personal property, or dispose of community personal property for less than fair and reasonable value, without the written consent of the other spouse."
It's believed that this is in relation to the belief that Kim will be keeping the wedding gifts given to the couple, but will be giving double the value to charity. Fighting against money going to charity? Seems a little mean-spirited to us, though of course it's undoubtedly a lot more complicated than that.
