The reality TV star was first diagnosed with the condition in 2010, when she discovered flaky patches on her legs and tried to cover up the rashes with make-up. She subsequently came clean about her health battle and last year (16), admitted she had finally "learned to live" with her "big flaw".

However, the condition, which can be triggered by stress, has since started affecting Kim's face, and she took to Twitter on Thursday night (05Jan17) to lament her latest skin issue.

"Wait why am I now getting psoriasis on my face," the mother-of-two wrote, alongside a crying face emoji.

Kim did not share any further details about the health woe, but it marked her first personal revelation online since she returned to social media earlier this week (begs02Jan17), following her harrowing armed robbery ordeal in Paris, France in early October (16). The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was bound and gagged as thieves ransacked her apartment, taking jewellery and electronics, and the security scare prompted her to cancel a series of engagements and appearances around the world as she recovered from the incident away from the public eye.

Her stress levels no doubt hit new highs in late November (16) after her husband Kanye West was hospitalised for a mental evaluation in late November (16). He was reportedly treated for sleep deprivation and exhaustion after cancelling the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour.
