The 28-year-old reality TV star - who recently lost 25 pounds - has praised her professional basketball star beau, who plays for the Los Angeles Clippers, for helping her to stay fit and healthy.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star wrote on her Twitter page on Saturday (11.05.13): ''I love when Lamar gives me workout tips and shows me new things! He's like my own personal trainer :) thank you baby!''
The brunette beauty, who recently admitted losing weight has been ''hard work'' for her, also revealed on her blog that she is drinking lots of green vegetable juices in her bid to perfect her bikini body.
She wrote on Friday (10.05.13): ''I am totally on a green kick right now! They look gross, but green drinks are so nutritious and delicious, contain tons of vitamins, and help you lose weight. Grab a green juice for a refreshing post-workout thirst quencher, or a protein-infused green smoothie for a light lunch. Drink better, feel better!''
Khloe previously revealed that she has started sneaking healthy snacks into Lamar's basketball games.
She said: ''I do sneak snacks but it's not like I'm sneaking anything bad. It's a good thing; I'm sneaking apples and edamame.
''I'm trying. It is part of the process. I definitely don't deprive myself but I try to eat, if I want something, I'll try to eat it earlier in the day.
''My problem is that I go to a basketball game every other day and you don't think, 'oh let me just have a handful of that caramel corn', you really don't think about how much it does add up.
''You leave there at 11pm and sometimes Lamar and I will go to dinner after - you really have to pay attention.
''I try to eat better later in the day. If I want something sweet or I want a cookie, I will have one instead of eating a whole box of cookies.
''It is definitely hard work, it doesn't happen over night but as long as you're consistent, that is the key.''
