'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star Khloe Kardashian has revealed she is more ''comfortable'' wearing one-piece swimsuits than bikinis when she hits the beach.
Khloe Kardashian doesn't feel comfortable wearing a bikini on vacation.
The 32-year-old reality TV star may have dropped 35 pounds in recent months but she prefers to slip into a one-piece when she's on the beach as she doesn't have the body confidence to wear a two-piece set like her sisters Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian.
In an interview on UK TV show 'Lorraine', she said: ''I love one pieces and I think one pieces can be super sexy. I don't think you need to show everything for it to be sexy and now one pieces have the high European cuts and I think they are great and I feel really comfortable in them so for me I am always like a one piece girl. I think if you got it flaunt it like I wish I was one of those girls who could walk down in a bikini all the time but I just don't feel comfortable.''
Khloe's astonishing weight loss has been achieved over several months and is the result of a change in lifestyle rather than going for a quick-fix diet.
Once she started seeing the results of her hard work in the gym and clean eating plan, Khloe was inspired to stick with her fitness and food overhaul.
She said: ''I just wanted to feel strong mentally. I was always like, 'Oh I'm big-boned' ... but once I started losing weight naturally I was like, 'Wow OK now I'm going to now get a trainer.' Then, like, six months later I was like, 'I'm going to get a nutritionist.' So I started with that.
''Once I started taking my health more seriously I started seeing the definition in my arms, just muscles and stuff, and that motivates you more to keep working out. And dealing with life experiences you just feel good mentally, physically, everything.''
