The 29-year-old reality TV star, who has recently sported a trimmer figure, claims she doesn't agree with limiting herself to certain foods and prefers to lose weight by training harder at the gym.
She said: ''I don't believe in diets. I believe in working out and hard work and consistency.''
However, her sister Kim, who has eight-month-old daughter North with her fiancé Kanye West - admits she has to restrict her calorie intake otherwise she'd end up eating ''anything''.
She explained to E! News: ''See, I believe in diets or I will eat anything ... Pretty much anything. When I really need to kick it up, then I'll do low carbs, like Atkins diet.
''And then I think it's just trying to stay consistent, changing the way you eat. Especially after having a baby, it's really hard. You're body totally changes. And I think you have to work out.''
Following North's birth, the brunette beauty embarked on a strict diet and weight loss regime, but admits she still has a soft spot for her favourite sweet treat.
When asked what she struggles to stay away from when on a diet, she said previously: ''Krispy Kreme donughts....don't tempt me, I'm doing good right now lol (sic)''
