Kim Kardashian's sister split from the former U.S. basketball player in December, 2013 and subsequently filed for divorce. However, she put the legal filing on hold after he was found unconscious in a brothel near Las Vegas in October (15), and spent months in hospital as he recovered from a drug overdose and a series of strokes.

He was released from hospital in January (16), and Lamar made his first public appearance alongside Khloe and the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan to support brother-in-law Kanye West at his New York Fashion Week runway show and album listening party on 11 February (16).

Khloe and Lamar looked friendly and chatted with each other during the event, sparking rumours of a reunion. However, Khloe insisted their current relationship was strictly platonic, even though she vowed to continue supporting her estranged husband in his time of need.

"We're not back together. We're not at all," Khloe told U.S. chat show The Talk last month (Feb16). "I love him with every fiber of my being... but we were married and I shared that union with him. I didn't want for our divorce to happen, but it happened for many reasons and that doesn't mean I'll just forget about this person in a time of need.

"I still believe in my vows of being there for him. I know it's confusing. It's very confusing. It's not a romantic place. It's coming from a place of real care and concern and love. I don't think love, just because we're not romantically involved, means I can't care about someone. I find that so simple-minded."

On Sunday (27Mar16), Lamar joined Khloe and the rest of her family for church services in California to celebrate the Easter holiday. The former couple was also seen leaving Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Woodland Hills, California on Friday (25Mar16).
