Actress Kerry Washington relies on regular therapy sessions to help her remain grounded in Hollywood.

The Django Unchained beauty's screen career has skyrocketed since scoring roles in critically-acclaimed films like 2004's Ray and The Last King of Scotland in 2006, and despite her hectic schedule, she insists on always making time to sit down for a chat with her psychologist to keep her sane.

She tells America's Glamour magazine, "Friends and family, and a really good therapist (keep me grounded). You know, these things are very important... I do a lot of phone sessions."
