The 26-year-old glamour model - who left the Playboy Mansion in 2009 to marry the NFL player - says that while the path to love has not been smooth, they both agree the highs are worth the lows.
She said: ''We seriously believe in love. It's been almost three years, and we're still strong. We want to be lifetime partners.
''Everything is not picture perfect. We have been through so many ups and downs. We've talked about couples therapy, but we can talk through anything. We put everything behind us - we are therapists to ourselves.''
Kendra insists she and Hank - who are parents to two-year-old son Hank Jnr - refuse to use the word ''divorce'' because they want to go the distance - no matter how tough it gets.
In an interview with Star magazine, she explained: ''We don't even allow that word to exist. We're hanging on there. We are looking at the longevity.''
Although she fears her ''15 minutes of fame are up'', the reality star has high hopes for her husband's blossoming career as a television presenter,
She said: ''Hank's the smartest guy in the world, and he loves to host. He's even taking hosting classes.''
