She said: ''I am very lucky to have such an incredibly supportive, loving, and lets not forget insane family! I looooooove them so much its beyond words. Unfortunately that is not the case for most.''
The 29-year-old star - who recently split from fiance Matthew Mosshart - is an ''extremely loyal'' friend and will be there for them ''for life'' because she knows they will offer her the same support.
She wrote on her blog: ''In life we only ever really need one good friend but I like to have a small handful. I am an extremely loyal person in general but when it comes to my friends that make it into the 'circle of trust' I have their back for life! I am there for my friends no matter what!!!
''My friends are always there for me. Trust me it's not as if being around me is easy - there is always some kind of world war 3 drama going on but without them I don't think I could get through it! They support me through both good and bad times. It's not money that makes your life rich... it's good times with good friends!(sic)''
