Doctors in Los Angeles are reviewing footage from Kelly Osbourne's last taping of Fashion Police on Thursday (07Mar13) to look for clues as to why the reality star suffered a seizure.
The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne was hospitalised in Los Angeles after collapsing on the set of her U.S. show, and she remained under observation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center over the weekend (09-10Mar13) as medics continued to run extensive tests.
The 28 year old is now doing "fine", and her mum insists Kelly was actually lucky to be surrounded by cameras during the terrifying ordeal - because the video is being used to help with her diagnosis.
Speaking about the health scare on her U.S. chat show The Talk on Monday (11Mar13), hours before her daughter was due to be released, the rock matriarch said, "We were very blessed in a way that Kelly, when she had her seizure, she had it while she was filming - so it was filmed. We needed that to show the neurologists so they could see what was happening. And she's on medication, she's fine, nobody knows why she had it, can't figure out a reason why, but she is fine."
And Sharon insists she can't wait to have her daughter home, adding, "Kelly has asked me to thank everybody who sends their love to her and have reached out to her, so many people. We all believe in the power of positive thinking and sending good vibes, we strongly believe in it in the Osbournes and we wanna thank everyone. And I thank her doctors and I thank everyone at Cedars. She's coming home today. So after the show I'm gonna go and pick her up, give her a good smack."
Kelly's health crisis is the latest to hit the Osbourne family - her younger brother Jack was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last year (12).
