The 'Stronger' hitmaker, 31, who tied the knot with music manager Brandon Blackstock in an intimate ceremony at the Blackberry Farm resort in Walland, Tennessee, last week, quietly purchased a sprawling estate in Hendersonville under a trust last year and is now living there with her new husband.
A local source told E! News: ''When Kelly is here, she is home. She is friendly to everyone.''
