SMALLVILLE stunner Kelly Brook has slammed Hollywood management gurus as inept and uninterested.

The British actress, engaged to TITANIC actor Billy Zane, now has a new manager after "some nasty moments" during her movie career with her initial employee.

She says, "You learn quickly that you're on your own, that you have to have thick skin and take everything people say with a large shovel of salt."

The star became disillusioned with showbiz professionals after her manager of five years appeared unaware of key details in her big screen break SCHOOL FOR SEDUCTION.

Brook says, "I couldn't believe it. She got both the name of the film and my agency wrong.

"I'd been with this person for five years and she didn't know the first thing about me!"
