The Scream Queens star makes a cameo in Songz and Fabolous' video for the remix of Travis Scott and Young Thug's track Pick Up the Phone, and in the clip, which was released on Saturday (21Jan17) she can be seen sitting on a couch, looking at her phone and taking pictures.

Shortly after, she claimed on social media she didn't know she was in the video as she had repeatedly refused to be filmed for it. She claimed that once she had made it clear she didn't want to be involved, she was secretly filmed and the footage was used without her consent.

Keke announced she would be pursuing legal action against the singer and his video team in an interview with Larry King on Wednesday (25Jan17), because she wants them to know they can't treat someone that way and get away with it.

"I mean the video is down now. It's out and it's over," she said. "It's not just specifically about this guy and what he did. It's the overall idea that you can't just do stuff to people and it's alright - no matter who you are."

She revealed she was in Miami, Florida for a New Year's Eve (31Dec16) party and she didn't realise a video was being made until she saw cameras and she repeatedly declined requests to be in it.

"I wasn't in the right mind," she explained. "I had been drinking and eating and it wasn't a professional environment. It was not a place where I was like I'm in the right mind to decide if this works with my brand, if I like the artist, I don't know nothing about the artist that's also in the song."

She originally claimed she had been sexually intimidated and she explained to Larry, "I feel as a female often I'm put in situations where sometimes males will use their masculinity, their sexuality to taunt you."

The actress hasn't spoke to Songz since the incident but her manager said the singer claims he didn't know either. Songz took to Instagram to seemingly reference the drama after Keke's original rant.

"So sorry for those that believe everything without knowing anything," he wrote. "However, I cannot devote my life to responding to, or clearing up every side of every story you hear about me, when would I actually live?...I know my character, I know my truth, I know my heart."
