As if to confirm her status as a soulful rising UK star, Keisha White has been confirmed to play at this weeks O2 sponsored Wireless.

The London born teenager will be performing her June 19th released single Dont Mistake Me alongside the likes of David Gray and KT Tunstall, who also perform on the 22nd June.

Keisha then takes to the more secluded setting of London's Jazz Cafe on Monday the 26th June for a solo set at the famous North London venue.

The 19 year old says it's a tremendous privilege to be performing at both venues. Obviously it's going to be a very different experience playing both venues, especially as the Hyde Park set is acoustic, but it's a challenge to be playing such different venues in such a short space of time and it's a challenge I am looking forwards to greatly.

Keishas ability to fuse the authentic soul sound of her heroes Anita Baker, Aretha Franklin and Chaka Khan, with the crossover potential of Dido and the Sugababes has seen her score a massive radio success for Dont Mistake Me, which preludes the release of her debut UK album Out Of My Hands on July the 3rd.

Wireless 06, also features James Blunt, Goldfrapp, ZERO 7 and Beth Orton and has become the prime fixture in the Hyde Park festival schedule, replacing Party In The Park as the capitals main music event of the year.
