Katy Perry stole the show at a concert to support American troops.

The 'Firework' singer was joined by a host of stars including Kathy Griffin, Brandy and Nicki Minaj at the Marine Corps Air Station in Miramar, San Diego but managed to upstage them all with a total of five costume changes.

The singer - who is married to British comedian Russell Brand - performed a selection of her hits at Friday's (03.12.10) concert including 'California Gurls' and 'Teenage Dream' before joining newcomer Nicki Minaj on stage for an energetic rendition of Cyndi Lauper's hit song 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun'.

Keri Hilson, Grace Potter, Nancy Wilson and Sugarland also took to the stage to salute the troops, with special guest appearances by Marissa Miller and Jersey Shore's Mike Sorrentino and Snooki Polizzi.

Paramore and Hayley Williams also performed via satellite with pre-taped acts.

Katy continued her show stealing act by closing the concert, with an explosive performance of 'Firework' which she dedicated to American troops serving all over the world.
