I agree with the person who says Katy should be more embarrassed about the ugly 1/2 melon implants in her chest wall that she so flagrantly displays instead of an ordinary feminine hygiene product that everyone buys for natural reasons. Grow up and tone down the other stuff if you're suddenly shy! You're such a pretty girl-I think most people would agree that all that other crap that only cheapens your look.

Judging from the two rubbery half-grapefruits embedded in her chest, tampons would be the least of my worries if I were her. Fake, gross, ugly.
