The mother-of-four only gave birth to her son Jett Riviera in August but she is ready to expand her brood because she enjoys being surrounded by love.
In an interview on UK TV show 'This Morning', she said: ''Kieran is happy to have one (more) and I think, 'Are you joking?' I want more than that, as many as my body will have, maybe another four if I can.
''I love having them. I don't want to grow old and have nobody around me.''
Katie - who also has 11-year-old son Harvey from her relationship with Dwight Yorke, and son Junior, eight, and daughter Princess Tiaamii, six, with her ex-husband Peter Andre - had to deliver Jett by
emergency Caesarean section eight weeks early while on holiday in France after she got an infection.
Katie, 35, admitted she was worried she wouldn't bond with her baby son because she wasn't allowed much access to him after he was born because he needed medical attention.
The brunette beauty - who has just released her new autobiography 'Love, Lipstick And Lies' - said: ''I was really worried about that because I had post-natal depression with Junior. But I made it clear to everyone to let me bond with the baby.
''They took the baby and said, 'You can't see him until the next day,' and I said, 'No, I need to see him, even if it's 30 seconds,' and they let me.''
