Michael Jackson's mother Katherine has accused her nephew of elder abuse in new court papers.
According to legal documents filed in Los Angeles and obtained by TMZ, the family matriarch claims Trent Lamar Jackson is "an abusive con man" who has been attempting to take control of her finances for years.
Mrs. Jackson has obtained a restraining order against her nephew, after accusing him of taking cash from her accounts.
Katherine claims she has problems speaking freely to her children, who are willing to testify against Trent, who she attempted to fire as her driver last week (03Feb17).
Sources tell TMZ he disappeared shortly before sheriff's deputies and her lawyer arrived to force him off her property, and she now fears for her safety if her returns.
The judge's order requires Trent to stay away from his aunt and to return all his house keys.
Katherine is currently in London spending some quality time with her new grandson.
Her daughter Janet gave birth to her first child, Eissa, last month (Jan17), and the proud grandmother was spotted at the Rhythm Nation hitmaker's London home on Monday (06Feb17), when she was accompanied by her eldest daughter, Rebbie.
