The Smash star initially filed to end her six-year union to Cokas in May, 2014, and now a California judge has signed off on their split agreement.

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles on Monday (08Feb16) and obtained by E! News, MCPhee has been ordered to pay her now ex-husband $102,616 (£70,634) within the next few days. After that, he will receive spousal support of up to $400,000 (£275,332) a year, or a pro-rated $33,333 (£22,944) a month on a sliding scale.

The papers also detail the split of the former couple's assets - MCPhee will keep all the furniture, artwork, and personal effects, including a Mercedes SUV. She will also keep certain music and TV rights, various bank accounts and insurance policies.

As for Cokas, he will hold on to his Jeep Wrangler and also get an undetermined percentage of MCPhee's music royalties.

MCPhee filed for divorce seven months after she was caught kissing her Smash director Michael Morris, who is married to former The West Wing actress Mary MCCormack. Morris and MCCormack, who have three daughters together, reconciled in mid-2014.
