Bosses at Playboy magazine have launched a new lawsuit over the use of sexy snaps of supermodel Kate Moss.
The British beauty donned the company's iconic bunny outfit to pose for a series of risque shots in celebration of both her 40th birthday and the publication's 60th anniversary issue earlier this year (14).
On Wednesday (21May14), lawyers working for Playboy sued bosses behind BlackBook magazine's website over allegations editors had used images from the shoot without permission.
The suit, filed in Manhattan Federal Court in New York City, claims BlackBook bosses published the pictures in a bid "to attract Internet traffic", according to the New York Daily News.
It is the second time Playboy bosses have sued over the images - in January (14), company executives launched a copyright lawsuit against Hearst Communications over allegations workers at Harper's Bazaar magazine had published links to naked snaps of Moss on the publication's website, breaking copyright rules.
