Kate Moss has revealed her signature meal is a traditional Sunday roast with her own ''amazing'' homemade gravy.
Kate Moss makes "amazing" gravy and can create a roast with her "eyes closed".
The 37-year-old supermodel - who tied the knot with rocker Jamie Hince in July - has revealed the traditional British Sunday lunch is her signature dish, and she is "very proud" of the meaty stock she produces.
Asked whether she is a homebody at heart, Kate told Stylist magazine: "It depends how busy I am, but I did get really into cooking at one point. I can do a good roast with my eyes closed.
"I'm amazing with gravy, even other people ask me to do gravy at their house. I'm very proud of my gravy."
Kate - who has a nine-year-old daughter Lila Grace - was recently planning to set up a business selling homemade preserves after perfecting her own recipes at her country estate in the Cotswolds, South West England.
A source said: "Kate bought a load of expensive equipment because she's always been keen on the idea of making jam. She has so much fruit on her land she wanted to put it to good use.
"It started as a hobby, but she's taking it a lot more seriously after glowing feedback from friends and family. She's hoping her plum conserve will be a hit with the public."
