Kate Bush's life is about to come crashing down around her if she doesn't heed warnings from Devon officials about her cliffside home.
The Wuthering Heights singer is currently enjoying a career resurgence thanks to sold out shows in London and a record-shattering eight albums in the U.K. top 40 in the same week, but things at home could be a little more secure.
A representative for Devon County Council has warned the once-reclusive star that she needs to take immediate action to prevent her five-bedroom home in the county from falling into the sea.
He tells the Exeter Express And Echo, "If you live there you can either accept it and let your house fall into the sea, or you can take action to prevent further damage, although that can cost hundreds of thousands. You can attach netting to the cliff face, or another option is spraying it with concrete, although these are very expensive and not something the council would pay for."
Last year (13), a large section of the coast near Bush's Kingsbridge home fell into the sea following a landslip.
