'The Big Bang Theory' star is set to see in 2014 in style by marrying tennis player Ryan Sweeting on December 31 in Southern California.
A source told Us Weekly magazine the big day will be followed by a fire-and-ice-themed party with cocktails and guests dancing into the small hours.
The actress' representative first confirmed her engagement in September, just three months after the couple started dating, and a few days after they made their red-carpet debut together at a pre-Emmys party.
Speaking after Ryan popped the question, Kaley said: ''I know that it seems a little crazy on paper. But it's what works for us.''
The 27-year-old actress joked on 'The Late Late Show' With Craig Ferguson that she has been planning her wedding for 27 years and said: ''I might ride in on one of my horses, I secretly kinda want to do that.''
