Paedophile pop mogul Jonathan King will be released from jail on Thursday (24MAR05), five days sooner than scheduled.
The shamed music producer convinced the Parole Board earlier this month (MAR05) he was "suitable for early release on licence", after only serving three-and-a-half years of his seven-year sentence.
Officials decided to release him five days earlier than planned after taking into account the time King - who was found guilty of sexually assaulting teenage boys in November 2001 - spent being questioned by police, his lawyer GIOVANNI Di STEFANO has confirmed.
Upon his return to the outside world, King will be banned from working with children. He must also stay at a specified address, and not invite anyone under the age of 18 into his home without permission.
King plans to occupy his home time writing a musical based on Cole Porter after he's released.22/03/2005 13:40
