Paedophile Jonathan King's new album is being boycotted by a succession of British shops - because they're disgusted by the pop mogul's shameless self-promotion following his recent release from prison.
The disgraced music mogul - who discovered bands like Genesis and 10CC - served less than half of his seven-year jail sentence for four indecent assaults and two serious sexual offences on boys aged 14 and 15.
Stores including UK supermarket chain SAINSBURY'S were horrified King handed out copies of his new effort MY LOVE, MY LIFE after his early release from Maidstone Prison in Kent, England, on Tuesday (29MAR05), so have banned the CD.
A Sainsbury's spokesperson says, "I do not believe our customers would want to buy it."
So far, the album is only available from King's website.31/03/2005 14:09
