The house was featured in the 2005 Johnny Cash biopic Walk the Line and in the video for the singer/songwriter's 2002 hit Hurt.
Fire almost destroyed the place in 2007.
According to CMT.com, the current owner is selling up due to poor health. He hasn't listed a price but he wants the old Cash place to go to a fan who will look after the home.
