Girls Gone Wild founder JOE FRANCIS is facing up to five years behind bars after he was convicted of assault on Monday (06May13).
The adult filmmaker was convicted in Los Angeles on five charges, including assault, after he attacked a woman in his Hollywood home in 2011.
He was also hit with three counts of false imprisonment and one count of dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, after three women accused him of refusing to let them leave his house when they went there after a night out.
According to Tmz.com, Francis now faces up to five years in jail. He will learn his fate at a sentencing hearing set for this week (begs 06May13).
