GIRLS GONE WILD boss JOE FRANCIS has told a California court he is in the process of requesting a restraining order against Las Vegas casino boss Steve Wynn after the property tycoon threatened his life over a gambling debt.
Francis was in court on Monday (12Apr10) charged with failing to pay Wynn a $2 million (£1.25 million) judgment in connection to the debt.
He told the presiding judge that the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore boss had threatened to kill him.
He said, "He said he would hit me in the back of the head with a shovel and bury me in the desert."
According to TMZ.com, the judge asked Francis if he had filed a restraining order, to which the filmmaker revealed he was in the process of requesting.
Meanwhile, Wynn has fired back at the claims, insisting Francis "holds the all-time record for cuckoo."
Wynn tells TMZ.com, "I think somebody already hit him (Francis) over the head with a shovel when he was little. This man has flipped his rocker. He is nuts... This is the most bizarre thing in my 68 years."
