The acts are all part of the line up for the Music of Black Origin (MOBO) awards 2012, which will take place in Liverpool on Saturday (03.11.12).
Emeli, who is nominated for a whopping five awards including Best Video for 'My Kind Of Love' and Best Female Act, is set to begin the evening with a performance of the same song nominated for the video award.
JLS will sing their newest single 'Hottest Girl in the World', with the group flying in especially for the award ceremony.
R&B artist Trey will wow the crowds with his 'Simply Amazing' track, while Conor will keep the audience on their toes with a medley of his hits.
Accompanied by special guests Wiley will perform with Skepta and Ms.D to sing his first number one single in a 15-year-long career, 'Heatwave', followed by his second 2012 smash single 'Can You Hear Me'.
Stooshe, who are nominated for Best Newcomer, will close the evening with their cover of TLC's 'Waterfalls', which has been endorsed by the group's T-Boz and Chilli.
