Sir Jimmy Savile has left his entire fortune to charity, according to a friend of the late British TV star.
The former Top of the Pops presenter passed away at the age of 84 last month (Oct11), and close pal Stephen Purdew has now revealed the star's money will go to good causes, and not his family.
Purdew tells Britain's The People tabloid, "He's got many millions salted (saved) away. It will go to good causes he supported, like Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary. But Jimmy won't be giving his money to family or friends. It's not him being mean. It's just the way he was."
