The 'Domino' hitmaker is a huge fan of the US singer - who split from husband Russell Brand in December - and particularly admires her strong work ethic.
She said: ''Her hard work, her dedication, and how she deals with having the world stare at her every move, personally and professionally, with such dignity and strength, is inspiring.''
Since releasing her debut album 'Who You Are', Jessie has racked up a string of achievements and admits she is ''shocked'' when she thinks about how much she has achieved in the last year.
She said: ''There have been so many professional highlights. But headlining at the O2 in London and being the first UK female to have had six Top 10 singles from one album has to be up there. I was so shocked when I was told that.''
As well as her music career, Jessie has been working as a judge on UK TV show 'The Voice' and has learned a lot from her fellow panelist will.i.am.
She told Glamour magazine: ''He's someone who has taught me so much in a short space of time.
''He has great energy and has made me see you can have longevity and consistency, but it comes with hard work and passion.''
