British pop star Jessie J played a surprise gig on a London street on Monday (06Oct14).

The Price Tag hitmaker took to to tease her fans, who she calls her 'Heartbeats', with a special announcement before inviting them to Camden Stables market in north London to watch her perform four of her hits.

In a series of posts, she wrote, "London - I have a surprise for you! Stay tuned to my Twitter to find out what and where to find me!... Heartbeats! If you're heading to Camden you're going the right way!... Nearly there Heartbeats! If you haven't figured it out yet I'll be busking at The Camden Stables market in 30 mins! Come down!!"

A bronze statue of late singer Amy Winehouse, which was erected last month (Sep14), was removed to make room for Jessie J to perform and was replaced after the gig.
