Jessie J played through the pain at London's Summertime Ball on Sunday (12Jun11) - just a day after falling offstage and injuring her foot during rehearsals.
The British singer was hospitalised on Saturday (11Jun11) after falling off a platform and tearing the tendons in her left foot.
But she refused to let the accident keep her from playing the concert at Wembley Stadium, and was cheered by 75,000 revellers as she hobbled onstage with her foot in a bandage.
The Do It Like A Dude hitmaker appeared close to tears as she admitted she was in agony and later took a seat on a throne to perform her set.
She told the crowd, "I fell off the stage and mashed up my foot - I ruptured all tendons in it. I was told to stay at home. But I said, 'Are you crazy? I'm not letting down my fans.' I did ask for a crystal sock (to cover the bandage) but this is all they had."
Jessie J later took to her Twitter page to thank her fans for their support, writing: "Wembley stadium... I love you. Most amazing moment in my life. Bruck up (injured) foot and all.. Thank you for it all. Thank you for supporting me. I am truly touched."
The star-studded gig also featured performances from Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Scherzinger, Ne-Yo and Enrique Iglesias.
