Jermaine Jackson is distraught his brother MICHAEL's personal physician DR. CONRAD MURRAY has returned to work, because he blames him for the late star's death.
Murray returned to his Houston, Texas medical clinic last month (Nov09) after leaving the practice earlier this year (09) to work as the King of Pop's personal medic.
Investigators looking into Jackson's death have focused their case on the cardiologist, who stands accused of administering powerful prescription drug Propofol to the superstar prior to his passing on 25 June (09).
The late singer's sister Janet has called for U.S. authorities to strip Murray of his right to practice medicine, while Jackson's mother Katherine has revealed she is "seriously considering" launching a wrongful death lawsuit against the doctor.
And now the Thriller hitmaker's sibling Jermaine has waded into the debate, insisting Murray should not have been allowed to go back to work before the investigation into his brother's death is closed.
Speaking to U.S. TV host Larry King, he says, "I'll just say this. I'm very upset to hear that this doctor is able to go back and practice medicine. No charges... and to take our brother's life and one of the biggest names in the world. Who is he going to practice on? I mean, he's been marked. But I'm just saying that I'm very disappointed and they (the Jackson family) are, too, because he should not be where he is. He should be charged."
Any charges that may be brought in relation to Jackson's death will have to wait until the New Year (10) because prosecutors and police investigators are still wading through evidence.
Murray has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and his attorney has stressed the doctor is co-operating with authorities.
