Actor Jeff Conaway is suing his landlord for $25,000 (£16,600) after he allegedly "suffered serious injuries" because of a broken glass door.
The Grease star has filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court accusing his landlord of failing to fix a door which shattered onto the bathroom floor of his rented property in Santa Clarita, California.
Conaway claims a shard of glass sliced his foot open and caused him to "lose his balance, slip and fall through the shower door onto the floor of the bathroom".
The actor alleges he was seriously injured in the fall, and is seeking $25,000 in damages, according to TMZ.com.
