The You're Beautiful singer shared a video of himself, apparently in the buff, on Twitter along with the caption: "I've got something huge to show you", and as the camera pans down, covering his modesty is the sleeve art for an album titled James Blunt The Afterlove.

The album announcement was first teased last year (Dec16), when the British singer joked in a tweet, "If you thought 2016 was bad - I'm releasing an album in 2017."

Now Blunt has shared that The Afterlove, the follow up to 2013’s Moon Landing, which peaked at No.2 in the U.K. album charts and sold almost 390,000 copies, will debut on 24 March (17) via Atlantic Records.

Blunt has worked on the new album with writer pal Ed Sheeran, plus One Republic's Ryan Tedder, Sheeran collaborator Amy Wadge, and Snow Patrol's Johnny MCDaid.

In June last year he revealed he would be working with the Thinking Out Loud singer and labelmate after letting the news slip at his Oxford Union address.

“I’ve been writing with Ed Sheeran actually…watch this space,” he said.

The album will be supported by a seven-date U.K. tour in November (17) which will stop at Nottingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Birmingham, Brighton and London’s Eventim Apollo.
