James Blunt insists he is not bothered by the backlash of criticism he has suffered in the wake of the success of his international chart-topper YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL. The British singer/songwriter has sold more than 10 million copies of his debut album Back To Bedlam and prefers to focus on the fans who love his music than the critics who have labelled him bland and boring. The former British Army Officer says, "I've definitely suffered from the backlash thing, but I've also had a huge amount of support along the way. "I know if you put your head above the parapet you should expect to get shot at in some way. Of course I've given it some thought but I haven't lost any sleep over it. "I always remind myself and others that without the support I've had back home in England then I wouldn't have made it anywhere else in the world because it brought me to their attention in the first place."
