Jade Goody's widower Jack Tweed is reportedly considering opening a restaurant in honour of his wife, who died last month from cervical cancer.

Tweed's friends told the Daily Mirror that he wanted TV cameras to film the restaurant starting up.

The tabloid says that the restaurant, which has not yet been named, will feature "international cuisine", Jade's favourite.

"Jack has got a great entrepreneurial spirit," a source said.

"They have ruled out London. They want a high-class, trendy place in Essex. They haven't decided on the name but Jack wants it to be something to do with Jade."

Tweed, 21, is currently facing a 19:00 to 07:00 curfew after being released early from prison for hitting a teenager with a golf club.

He could be returned next week however when he is sentenced for assaulting a cab driver.

Jade died on Mother's Day at the age of 27 after losing her battle with cancer.
