Sometimes, in-between all the entertaining blockbusters that seem to come our way all year round, it’s good to take in a solid documentary to remind us what kind of state society is in. That’s exactly what Inequality For All is there for.

You can tell what side of the political spectrum Jacob Kornbluth’s film falls on by reading the title; this is an examination of income inequality in the U.S. It premiered at Sundance Film Festival in the Documentary Competition section and won a U.S. Documentary Special Jury Award for Achievement in Filmmaking.

Robert Reich is the former US Labor Secretary who knows a thing or two about inequality. Standing at just 4 feet 10 inches tall, he's had his fair share of ignorance, but now he's determined to stand up for those who are being pushed out economically; the American worker. Following World War II, the economy itself boomed, but the gradual growth only brought with it more and more inequality between the social classes. With the wealthiest citizens of the States having more money than most of the middle class put together, Reich sees this as a terrible danger to the troubled economy and the population majority that live in it.  Dubbed a 'communist' by many of his critics, Reich sets out to prove that the hardest workers are being cheated.
