America ALWAYS and WILL use any "legalized" kind of methods to contain China; by using foreign NGOs, foreign mass media/social websites. foreign aids, etc.
As usual there will always be those who are either truly blind or let themselves be blinded by pro-Western mainstream media that are against China and when someone tries to defend China, they will always be criticize and condemn China by making up all sort of reasons.
