A man accused of stalking Ivanka Trump has pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated harassment and criminal contempt for trying to contact the reality TV star.
Justin Massler, who suffers from schizophrenia, initially denied accusations he breached a restraining order by attempting to get in touch with Donald Trump's daughter, but last year (11) he was declared unfit to stand trial.
After undergoing several months of court-ordered therapy, his doctors decided he was able to take part in the legal proceedings as long he was taking his medication, and on Thursday (09Feb12) he pleaded guilty to two charges.
Massler was sentenced to time already served, as well as five years probation, and was ordered to continue to take his medication and undergo psychiatric treatment, according to E! Online.
