2006 was hugely successful for Howling Bells. Their self-titled debut was released in May to huge critical acclaim and has gone on to sell over 25,000 copies as well as figuring highly in the end-of-year lists. The band acquired many celebrity fans, supporting both The Killers and Placebo, and as gained a loyal live following from their regular touring. With the release of Low Happening, this is the moment when Howling Bells make the switch from being a cool, up'n'coming buzz band to being fully-fledged rock superstars!
