Hillary Scott has given her busy Lady Antebellum bandmates the OK to skip her upcoming nuptials because the ceremony falls on a rare rest day for the trio.
The group is set to embark on the first leg of its Own The Night tour later this month (Nov11) and Scott plans to mark the trek as a married woman after marrying fiance Chris Tyrell.
The Need You Now singer has yet to firm up a wedding date, but she knows the big day will fall during a brief break between recording, promotional work and touring for Lady Antebellum - and she has already given her musical pals the go-ahead to miss the ceremony so they can make the most of their rest.
She tells Redbook magazine, "I even told our band and crew that I know it's a weekend off that we would normally have, so if they want to take a vacation and not come, they're not going to hurt my feelings."
And if fellow crooners Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley do show up, she won't force them to perform, adding, "I'm not asking them to sing or play an instrument. I'm not putting anybody I love to work on my wedding day."
