Hillary Clinton has confirmed she plans to retire from politics in 2013.
The current U.S. Secretary of State, and former First Lady, has decided to step away from the political spotlight when President Barack Obama's current term comes to an end in two years' time.
And Clinton is adamant she won't be tempted back to Washington, D.C., telling People magazine, "I've been on the highest tightrope of American and global politics. In two years it will be 20 years. I want to do other things... I want to go home first, catch up on mundane things like sleep and cleaning closets."
