Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank is backing a campaign which promotes early cancer detection.

The MILLION DOLLAR BABY star is following in the footsteps of fellow Oscar winners Nicole Kidman and Charlize Theron to support the Saks Fifth Avenue Key To The Cure campaign.

In print advertisements, Swank models a limited-edition crystal-studded Diane von Furstenberg T-shirt designed exclusively for the charity, with proceeds from the sales of the tops being donated to more than 50 cancer research programs.

The actress says, "I'm thrilled to be able to bring attention to the importance of early detection of breast and other women's cancers."
