The Legend Of Hell's Gate: An American Conspiracy Trailer

Hell's Gate is located in Possum Kingdom Lake, in Texas. Located in the middle of the lake, it is a sheer break between two cliffs. It is largely unknown how it came to be that way but this film provides a possible explanation.

Dear John Trailer

John Tyree is a member of the US Army. Whilst on leave he meets a young woman called Savannah Lynn Curtis, the two fall in love almost instantly. The two spend all their time together before Jon is called back to the Army for a tour of service. The couple remain an item despite the lack of contact, both find themselves becoming dependent on their letters to one and other. 7 years down the line as their situations change Savannah finds herself engaged to another man. Now utterly depressed by the news John rushes into a dangerous situation and gets seriously injured. Eventually John is made to leave the army, he must get his real life back on track. How their separation will affect his life is a true testament to his will.

11:14 Review

Car crashes seem to be ripe material for screenwriters looking for a hook to hang their movies on. From Intersection to Crash to Crash (the other one), this seems to be a well-travelled genre. 11:14 adds another notch in that post, a Rashomon-like story of a half-dozen characters who all intersect on one quiet road at 11:14 PM, which results in the loss of at least one life, one male member, a lot of cash, and endless property damage. The immediate before and after of the event contain even more chaos, including a gunshot wound for Hilary Swank.. The film tells each story in sequence, each time adding a little more context to this bizarre series of events, and each time causing us to care a little bit less about what exactly happened. It's not terrible filmmaking, but the plot's "cleverness" will hardly knock your boots off.

Plain Dirty Review

Hillbilly girl (Dominique Swain) has affair with big city attorney, so her hick husband (Henry Thomas) locks her up in the house. Will she escape? Or more to the point: Will you bother to keep watching until she escapes? This boring melodrama has little going for it, proving once again that no one will ever give Swain the chance to appear in a movie that doesn't suck out loud.

I'm With Lucy Review

Weak

Monica Potter gets dumped, then ends up on countless blind dates in the aftermath, which gives us the relationships all sliced up and out of order. Which guy will she end up with? The freaky baseball player or the kooky entemologist? Or someone else? Doubtless you'll care as little as I did, since Potter's character is too vapid to be worth keeping in the first place.
