An accompanying note read: "Hayden - Here's the novel you were looking for. Hopefully you didn't pick it up already. Bryan (your trailer driver)". The Nashville star shared a photo of the sweet present on her Twitter.com page on Wednesday (20May15) and captioned it, "Possibly the nicest thing a member of the crew has ever done for me."
