Harry Potter star Rupert Grint was amazed when he was offered the part of Ron Weasley in the hit wizard movies, because his only acting experience was playing a fish in a school play. The flame-haired 17-year-old, who plays RON WEASLEY in the Potter films, managed to get an audition by writing to British children's news programme NEWSROUND - and he was soon catapulted to fame. He says, "I just sent a letter in to Newsround. Then I got the audition. "I had done a few school plays. I was a fish in Noah's Ark."
